Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by technical committee, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the conference proceedings by SPIE, which will be included in SPIE Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Length and Formatting Requirements

Submitted papers must be written in the English language. Full paper (including figures, tables, and references) must be no less than 8 pages. Use the conference template for Microsoft Word: http://www.mcvr.org/files/template.doc

Paper Submission

The submission of papers for MCVR 2024 will be managed through: http://confsys.iconf.org/submission/mcvr2024. This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission. You can upload your paper and check on the review status of your submission. 

Multiple Submissions and Prior Publication

MCVR 2024 requires that authors should only submit original work that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication, nor is under review for another refereed publication.

Policy on Plagiarism

Plagiarism is the use of someone else’s prior ideas, processes, results, or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences.
