Assoc. Prof. Jian Wu
Tsinghua University, China

Prof. Wu researches minimally invasive surgical engineering, and in particular spatial 3D positioning and medical image processing. Current and past projects have explored three-dimensional positioning technology based on linear CCD sensors and the spatial positioning technology of monocular vision; the application of surgical navigation systems in different clinical fields, such as the key techniques of computer-aided total knee arthroplasty (TKR); the mechanisms of atrial fibrillation in arrhythmia, such as to achieve the location of AF focus before surgery through the combination of computer simulation and actual clinical measurement; research on polarimetric endospection by polarimetric principle.
