Conference Venue

Harbin University of Science and Technology(HUST) was merged by Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Electrical Technology and Harbin Industrial College under the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1995. In 1998, HUST was transferred to Heilongjiang Province, and jointly built by the central government and the local government. Since its founding, HUST has conscientiously implemented the Party’s education policy, cultivated capable talents of lofty ideal, taking root in Heilongjiang and exploring in the field of mechanical and electrical industry. It has developed into a strong comprehensive strength with distinctive characteristics, becoming domestic “Double Tops” construction universities in Heilongjiang province. It is the largest provincial university of science and technology in Heilongjiang Province, making great contributions to the field of equipment manufacturing industry and the economic and social construction of Heilongjiang.

哈尔滨理工大学是黑龙江省属规模最大的理工科大学，黑龙江省人民政府与国家国防科技工业局共建高校，黑龙江省国内“双一流”建设高校。学校始建于1950年，由原机械工业部所属的哈尔滨科学技术大学、哈尔滨电工学院和哈尔滨工业高等专科学校于1995年合并组建而成，1998年划转黑龙江省属，实行中央与地方共建、以地方为主的管理体制 。
